• It’s extremely important to always have a goal.
• I have a new goal this month.
• I am going to totally improve my health.
• I must do this for myself.
• I must do this for my family.
• I will try to think positive thoughts every day.
• I will exercise every day.
• I will take good care of teeth.
• I will keep my body and hair clean.
• I will eat nutritious food.
• I will drink enough water.
• I will drink at least eight glasses a day.
• I will go to bed early and get up early every day.
• I won’t stay up late studying, working or fooling around.


• I won’t drink.


• I won’t smoke.


• I won’t do anything to harm my body.


• I wish everyone would join me in my goal because everyone should care about his health!


• We shouldn’t take our health for granted.


• If you destroy your health, you have nothing left.


• Keeping good health is always easier than regaining your lost health.

The Milestones of Li Yang Crazy English

• 1988年, 经过4个月脱胎换骨残酷自律强行蜕皮的奋斗，背诵复述了十几本原版英文书，实现了英语学习质的飞越，疯狂英语由此诞生。(20岁)

• 1990-1991年，一年多时间每天清晨在单位九楼顶大喊英法德意语。进一步实践用疯狂英语的方法学习其他外语，是李阳疯狂英语发展的里程碑！(3年内)
• 1992-1993年，在广东人民广播电台对面的流花湖公园再次大喊英语近半年，苦练英语播音和广告配音，完成了人生的第三次超越。(事业起步......)
• 1992年至1995年，一系列重大涉外活动的翻译任务，以及重要国际会议的同声传译工作，并同时担任美国驻广州领事馆特邀翻译，如为美国前国务卿黑格将军翻译等，被誉为“万能翻译机”。(才能!!!)
• 1996年，创办了“李阳•克立兹文化传播有限公司”，开始正式走上规模化运营的道路。“克立兹”是“crazy”的汉语音译，表示“克服困难、屹立于此时此刻”(创业......)

辉煌应该是从92年开始的吧，92年我还在幼儿园哩。好敬佩十年前叱咤风云的李老师啊。或许应该再去一次camp，重新审视这位巨人。好像是不该对吃过这么多苦的人不敬来着，即使光阴已经磨圆了伟人的棱角。
